Evaluation Plan for Measuring Goals
Twice a year, the management team will measure the accomplishment of the goals and meet to discuss progress. Items to be discussed will include goals that have been met, how they have been met, and who has been involved, as well as goals that have not been met and why we were not able to accomplish those specific goals. At each semi-annual meeting, new goals will be created and previous goals will be updated or modified if needed. Lastly, assignments will be given for each management team member to ensure the oversight, documentation, and accomplishment of each goal.
