Fall Programs
Each year the community center hosts a harvest banquet to raise funding and awareness for local charities and to celebrate the success of the growing season. The cost to attend this event is $25 per person and is open to the general public. This covers the cost of the meal, entertainment, and a raffle ticket. The banquet will be the second Saturday of October commencing at 5 pm and concluding at 8 pm. A portion of the food will be supplied by the community center's own roof top garden. This event will unite the community for one last hurrah of the warm season with good food and good company.
Equipment required for this event will be:
This event will be held in the Multipurpose room which is approximately 40'X60.' All of the food will be prepared in the community center's kitchen with the help of the staff and volunteers. The staff will include the Marketing/Events Specialist, the Volunteer Coordinator, and the cooking instructor. Volunteers will be assisting in the kitchen, with set up, and the clean up portion of the event.

- Chairs
- A staging area
- Microphone and speakers
- Table cloths
- Silver ware
- Dishes
- Cooking supplies
- Decorations.
